With my calm demeanor, excellent organizational skills, and eye for detail, I guide my clients through the entire planning process, allowing them to fully enjoy every moment leading up to their big day.

Hi, I’m Kim. As a planner at VA-gency, I mainly focus on the organization behind the scenes and I am responsible for the planning on the day of the wedding or party.
With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality and planning, I know exactly what is needed to ensure that every detail of the day is perfect.
I love structure and details that are just right. I’d rather leave tying bows to my other colleagues, but I’m happy to help if needed.
With a calm approach and clear communication, I ensure that everything runs smoothly and that you can fully enjoy the day. It gives me energy to turn wishes into a thoughtful and stylish plan, leaving nothing to chance.
My favorite moment? At the end of the wedding or party, when everything has gone perfectly. The client then looks back on an unforgettable day.

I have a practical mindset, I’m sharp, and I’m always ready to jump in wherever needed. Whether it’s last-minute adjustments, supporting the team, or resolving unexpected situations.
With energy, focus, and a great sense of responsibility, I ensure that the team can fully count on my support. As the tallest member of the team, I’m often asked to hang things up—without anyone taking my fear of heights into account!
My favorite moment? After taking thousands of steps, with sweat on your brow and perhaps a scratch here and there, it’s that moment when everything falls into place and is just right. When you collapse into a chair with the team and feel so incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together! That makes it all worth it.

Creativity is in my nature. With a precise approach and an eye for detail, I support the team wherever necessary, ensuring that every part of the day runs smoothly and carefully. You can mainly find me in Mallorca, Marbella, or Ibiza.
